iF THE JUDGE WAS A CORPORATE ATTORNEY OR PROSECUTOR BEFORE....

Not surprising. If a judge was a corporate attorney or prosecutor before becoming a judge, the chances of a worker winning a case are significantly lower. Judges always begin their tenure by stating they will be fair and impartial, but preconceived views of the world will always affect one's judgments, consciously or not.
